John Donnelly, Partner & Co-Founder With
over 30 years experience in the financial services industry, John has
established himself as a leading expert in strategic solutions. As one of the key
architects of BlackRock Solutions’ Aladdin Trading and Risk System, he helped
launch one of the most revolutionary applications of the past 25 years. He also
redefined and built out the security and referential data capabilities at both Banker’s Trust and Morgan
Stanley, leading to significant improvements in processing and data quality throughout both
companies.
As a founder of Orbis, John has amassed a client list that
includes some of the largest financial institutions in the world and has
re-built the technology platforms at Bank of New York Mellon, UBS, State Street, TIAA-CREF,
Janus, GMO, Brookfield Asset Management, and Putnam, just to name a few.
He has consistently provided strategic and competitive analysis and has overseen
the development, implementation and delivery of leading-edge solutions to meet the
requirements and challenges defined by C-level executives and other key stakeholders.
John holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Wesleyan University and earned an MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.

David Linder, Managing Director
David is a diversified,
seasoned consultant in the areas of business analysis, financial data modeling,
asset reference vendor data review and recommendations, and vendor mapping.
With over 30 years of experience in the finance services sector, David has
worked with many of the leading market and financial data
providers, building and customizing portfolio management, accounting, and
reporting systems.
Before joining Orbis, David
worked at JP Morgan Chase, Bankers Trust, Kidder Peabody, Merrill Lynch, and
Keane, Inc.
Mr. Linder received his
bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in Management Systems
and a concentration in Finance from the University of Connecticut at
Storrs .

Fred Toomey, Managing
Director
With 30 years of experience, including leadership roles at JP Morgan, BNY
Mellon, and Eagle Investment Systems, Fred brings a unique blend of operational
and technology expertise. He has a strong track record in talent development,
having built and led diverse global teams in account management, client
delivery, customer success, and professional services within fast-paced,
high-growth SaaS environments.
Throughout his career, he led transformational
client delivery initiatives, managing the entire client lifecycle from sales to
go-live. He successfully identified, sold, and delivered investment accounting
(ABOR, IBOR, STAT), data management, and performance measurement solutions to
asset managers, asset owners, outsourcing service providers, and wealth
managers. At Eagle, he played a key role in managing client
relationships, including overseeing BNY Mellon's outsourcing segments. He
contributed significantly to the growth of the insurance, middle office,
corporate trust, fund accounting, and asset and wealth management businesses on
our platforms and services.
He has extensive experience working with
internal teams and C-level stakeholders to ensure customer success, drive
growth, and deliver strategic programs. He is dependable, professional, and
passionate about client service, with a proven ability to deliver results for
my clients, alliance partners, and employees.
Fred holds a BS in Finance from Bentley
University and an MBA from Suffolk University.
